Located in Juan-les-Pins, a thriving seaside resort with long beaches and lots of restaurants, the position of this property is ideal, being central to all the amenities, yet set in a quiet residential area. The three-level Villa has a marble-floored entrance hall and double living rooms. The sitting room is decorated with 'rotin' furniture and the dining area has a large wrought iron glass-topped dining table.

The bedrooms and hallways of the first and second floors are carpeted and the villa is decorated predominately in white and blue with original paintings on the walls.   An entry hall leads into the dining area, generously proportioned living room of 45m² and kitchen.

Access to the garden, tennis court and pool area is via three large opening patio windows. A laundry room is located next to the kitchen.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and access to a large terrace. The first floor has three bedrooms - one with queen-sized double bed, the others with twin single beds in each. One bedroom has a small balcony.

There is a separate toilet on each floor with bathrooms on the ground and first floors. On the top floor is a large solarium with a view of the whole garden and the Mediterranean Sea.

The large garden has small palm trees and other exotic species as well as tennis courts and a large tiled swimming pool with places to lounge in the sun.   There is private parking space and the whole property is surrounded with Cypress trees. TV and telephones can be provided.
